Guest Services Team Member (Part Time)
Reports To: Guest Services Managers
Guest service team members are responsible for the daily operations of the museum exhibits, admissions, and events while successfully adhering to the highest of customer service standards. Guest service team members are the main point of contact for guests and provide hands-on learning opportunities to guests of the museum. Guest service team members not only operate the exhibits, but they are part of the experience we offer the public. This is a great foot-in-the-door with an ever-changing, expanding and cutting-edge science center. We are looking for candidates with warm, upbeat personalities, drive for success, and commitment to our mission. Shifts are scheduled during the following times Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-5:30pm and you must be have availability for the full shift times. Evenings(after 4:30pm) and mornings(before 9:30am) and occasional Mondays may be required. Preference given to those with greatest amount of availability and scheduling flexibility, especially on the weekends.
